The addition of avocado to a smoothie might seem odd but not only will it make your smoothie extra creamy it will add a healthy boost too with this superfood!
Ingredients:
120ml almond, coconut or any other milk you want to use
120ml water
½ banana
1 cup spinach or baby tender kale
½ cup frozen mixed berries
1/3 cut medium avocado
¼ cup plain non fat greek yoghurt
½ tbspn peanut or almond butter
*can sub in 2 tbspn peanut powder plus 1 tbspn chia seeds
Method:
- Place all ingredients in a blender, with ice and blend
- Pour into glass and enjoy!
