A delicious avocado-based dessert option that is extra healthy!
Ingredients:
2 Ripe and Ready avocados/200g
1/2 cup cocoa powder, raw
1/4 cup almond or coconut milk
1/3 cup honey
Method:
- In a food processor, blend the avocado until smooth and creamy.
- Add in the cocoa, almond or coconut milk and honey and blend until smooth, scraping down the sides when necessary.
- Serve right away or allow to chill for about an hour.
