Back to basics : Avo mash
- Remove stone from your ripe & ready avo & scoop out the flesh into a bowl
- Mash lightly , then add lemon juice , salt and pepper
- Tip : Mash vigorously for last 1/2 minutes and the texture becomes even more creamy
Toasted Avocado Tartine with cumin salt & chia seeds
- Follow above recipe replacing the lemon juice with lemon zest
- Add chia seeds and cumin salt
